Picker I (U.S.)

Full time role – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Weekly pay.

About the role

The Picker I is the entry-level position within the DC's warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately locating and pulling customer orders from warehouse inventory in accordance with company standards. The Picker I supports daily fulfillment operations by meeting productivity and accuracy targets and contributing to a safe, organized team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and stage customer orders from warehouse inventory according to pick lists and company standards
• Verify product information (SKU, quantity, and condition) when picking to ensure order accuracy
• Scan and confirm items using the warehouse management system (WMS) as required
• Transport picked orders to the designated staging or packing area in an organized and timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or shortages to a supervisor immediately
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
• Support team goals and assist in other warehouse areas during peak periods or special projects
• Participate in training for advancement to Picker II or other warehouse roles as opportunities arise

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• May work in varying temperature conditions depending on warehouse environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, high-visibility vest, gloves, etc.) at all times

Pay

$16 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
