About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement services to children and families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 0-5
- Provide daily care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support child development
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Ohio Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with child safety protocols
