About the role

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to join a well-established practice. The position offers opportunities to take projects from start to finish, including design, client interaction, consultant coordination, staff collaboration to prepare construction documents (CDs), and securing entitlements and permits.

Responsibilities

• Design projects from concept through completion
• Interact with clients to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure project success
• Work collaboratively with staff to prepare construction documents
• Secure entitlements and permits as needed

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Licensure as an Architect in California
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design principles
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and related software

Pay

$65,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
