Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom LED modules and PCBs
• Contribute to the improvement of thermal management solutions using SinkPAD™ technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and meet project timelines
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in LED lighting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in LED module design and development
• Strong understanding of thermal management principles and materials
• Experience with circuit design and PCB fabrication processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of LED physics and electrical engineering principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
