About the role

VTP Holdings seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Vascular Access Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vascular access procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and guidance on vascular access devices and procedures
• Perform vascular access device insertion and post-access support services
• Collaborate with clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve venous access issues
• Offer continuing education and precepting services to enhance clinical skills
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, medicine)
• Current certification in vascular access procedures
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in vascular access or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of vascular anatomy and physiology
• Experience with various vascular access devices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes through quality vascular access care
