Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic mathematical calculations ability
- Good computer skills and knowledge of operating software
- Friendliness, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A strong attention to details
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle difficult situations
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
