Job Type: Contract / Part-Time
Duration: 8–10 weeks initially, with potential extension to 3–6 months
Responsibilities
- Solve advanced physics problems within your area of specialization.
- Provide rigorous derivations, assumptions, approximations, and final results.
- Present mathematical solutions clearly using LaTeX.
- Use Python, SymPy, and Jupyter for symbolic or numerical verification when applicable.
- Identify special cases, boundary conditions, ambiguities, and dimensional inconsistencies.
- Review and refine solutions based on technical reviewer feedback.
- Maintain high standards of scientific accuracy, documentation, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- PhD in Physics or advanced-stage PhD candidacy with active research experience.
- Strong physics problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written technical communication.
- Strong mathematical and computational fluency.
- Ability to clearly document complex scientific reasoning.
