Job Summary Performs medical physics services including calibration of imaging and therapy equipment, treatment planning for complex cases, and acting as a resource for staff on treatment plans, simulations, and device fabrication. Validates treatment plans, provides physician consultations, and conducts acceptance testing, measurements, commissioning, and ongoing quality assurance of linear accelerators and physics equipment to ensure safety and accuracy in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Coordinates treatment planning and related procedures.Oversees quality control measures and documents physics services.Participates in performance improvement and radiation safety activities.Supports team efforts and contributes to a positive work environment.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills ABR Certification in Radiation Oncology with at least 2 years of experience.Masters-level Board Eligible in medical physics by the American Board of Radiology.Advanced computer skills.Licensure including BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ABR eligibility preferred.
