Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
• Manage a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Demonstrate strong examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Deliver high quality primary care, including availability to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Travel within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification

Skills

• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confidence in delivering high quality primary care
