About the role
Metro Vein Centers is an industry-leading healthcare practice specializing in treating common vein conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins. We are looking for physicians from all medical specialties who are passionate about patient care to join our rapidly growing team for full-time clinical positions. Our clinical leadership team offers comprehensive, hands-on vein care training — no prior vein or vascular experience is necessary. Physicians lead their own clinic while being empowered to focus solely on patient care, with full administrative and clinical staff support, marketing and patient experience resources, and end-to-end billing and insurance management.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree; board certification in your specialty
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills — a great listener, compassionate communicator, collaborative colleague, and motivating team champion
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with integrity and thoughtfulness
- Enthusiastic about learning and applying new knowledge and techniques
- Eligible to obtain medical licensure in the state of your Metro Vein Centers clinic

Pay
$400,000 to $650,000+ annual compensation, with significant upside based on performance. Compensation varies based on years of experience, skill set, and alignment with position requirements.
