About the Role

Rush Copley Medical Center, part of the Rush University System for Health, invites applications for a Urologist position in Aurora, Illinois. This full-time role offers a collegial, tight-knit team environment within a supportive community hospital setting in the western suburbs of Chicago.

  • Access to advanced technology, including the DaVinci Xi robotic platform and Epic EHR
  • Join an established practice of 2 urologists and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supported by experienced clinical staff
  • Practice in an office conveniently located on the hospital campus, just steps away from the OR
  • Typical schedule includes 14 clinic hours per week, OR time, and inpatient consultations
  • Favorable call schedule of 1:3 to 1:4, promoting work-life balance

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of Urology Residency training
  • Must have or be eligible for Illinois Medical License
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Urology through the American Board of Urology

Pay

Total pay range for this full-time (1.0 FTE) position is $472,000 - $639,000, including base pay and incentive programs. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
