About the Role
This position will be employed by Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, a regional health system of Trinity Health. Selected candidates will have opportunity to serve as an affiliate professor with Loyola Medicine, which includes Loyola University Medical Center. The practice is seeking a general Urologist to join a dynamic practice. The opportunity is a bread-and-butter urology practice which will include clinic, hospital consults, and Emergency Department coverage.
Responsibilities
- Perform approximately 90-120 urological procedures each month – elective and emergent.
- Perform open renal stone surgery.
- Perform open ureteral surgery.
- Perform open bladder surgery.
- Treat female incontinence.
- Treat priapism.
- Perform open prostatectomy.
- Perform radical prostatectomy.
- Perform TRUS biopsy.
- Perform pelvic node dissection.
Requirements
- Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in all aspects of urology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
