About the role

Build a strong rural Urology practice with a wide service area
Full scope OR procedures available
Multi-specialty clinic and attached hospital
Ancillary Services Include: Anesthesiology; Inpatient & Outpatient Surgery with a Cardiac Cath Lab; Diagnostic Testing – Echo, Vascular, Stress, Ultrasound; CT/x-ray/MRI, Nuc Med; Respiratory Therapy; Lab & Pathology; Outpatient Infusion Center; Therapy Services, including Cardiac Rehab, Diabetes Education, Pharmacy and much more

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological care to patients in a rural setting
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Perform full scope urologic procedures in the hospital and clinic settings
• Collaborate with ancillary services to ensure optimal patient care
• Contribute to the growth and development of the urology practice

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
• Current Medical License in South Dakota
• Experience in a rural or underserved area is preferred

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited urology residency program

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
