About the role

Specialty Urology at Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN seeks a highly skilled and motivated urologist to join our high-volume, multi-specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse patient population in two state-of-the-art surgery centers with access to ten DaVinci Xi robotic surgical suites.
• Participate in a high-volume, multidisciplinary medical team providing comprehensive care to a large service area of 142,000 people.
• Enjoy limited call responsibilities and a work schedule designed to support both professional success and quality of life.
• Work in a Level III trauma center environment with access to advanced surgical equipment and resources.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Medical License.
• Board Certification in Urology.
• Experience in robotic-assisted surgery preferred.

Pay

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $483,472 - $625,670. Potential to exceed this range based on RVU performance.
