Position Details
- Clinic conveniently located on same campus as outpatient surgery center and inpatient hospital
- Eliminating hassles of covering multiple centers/hospitals
- Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
- Joint venture ownership available in outpatient surgery center
Compensation Details
- Excellent Base Compensation
- Quarterly Productivity Bonus Opportunities
- Signed bonus $60,000
- Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000
- Resident Stipend Bonus - $24,000 during final 12 months
- Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
Education/Experience
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Urology
- Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
Licensure
- Indiana Medical License
Certifications
- Must maintain BLS/ACLS
