Physician, Urgent Care (Santa Barbara, CA)
Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Provider to join their multispecialty care team. The position offers a competitive sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, including Home Loan Assistance and Student Loan Repayment Assistance.
About the role
The urgent care is seamlessly integrated within the larger multispecialty clinic, sharing the same electronic health record. The provider will evaluate and treat a wide range of patients with a broad case mix, from minor injuries and infections to complex presentations that benefit from rapid diagnostics. They will also order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer and prescribe medications, provide patient education and counseling, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- MD or DO with directly related experience in urgent care
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Perform typical urgent care procedures
- DEA Certificate
- Eligible to work in the United States
- CA licensure or ability to obtain CA licensure

- 1 Year Guarantee: $300,000.00 - $340,000.00 (base compensation)
