Physician - Urgent Care

About the Role

Provide urgent care services in a community-focused, physician-owned setting with autonomy and local control. Support involves working in outpatient facilities offering on-site testing and Epic EMR. The position is ideal for residents in their final years of training, especially those interested in academic settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care services during facility hours (8am-9pm)
• Perform on-site tests such as rapid strep, COVID, UA, pregnancy, glucose, Hgb, and EKG
• Provide patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Currently in the 3rd year of a 3-year program or 4th year of a 4-year residency program
• Desire to work in an academic environment with residents
• CA state license is a plus
