Physician-Trauma Critical Care/Acute Care Surgery

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Trauma Critical Care/Acute Care Surgeon in Lafayette, LA (BC/BE in Surgical Critical Care and General Surgery).

Responsibilities

• TICU coverage - 7 days 24 hours
• Rotation for Trauma/ACS - average 3.5 nights primary call, 3/5 nights back up call
• Critical Care coverage of surgery and trauma patients is separate from acute care surgery/trauma coverage and will be 1 out of 3 weeks
• Level 2 Trauma Center
