Physician - Telepsychiatry - Remote CA

The Role

Seeking board-certified/eligible psychiatrists to join our telepsychiatry team. Ideal candidates have a compact license in multiple states (e.g., OK, MD, IN) for initial start dates. Flexibility to work full-time and part-time, with shifts available including day, swing, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 on-demand telepsychiatry consultative coverage
• Work with local healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations to protect patient data

Requirements

• Current medical license in good standing
• Experience in telepsychiatry preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Passionate about improving mental health outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board certification in Psychiatry or eligibility for board certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
