Physician Services Operations Analyst

About the role

As Physician Services Operations Analyst, you'll be part of a mission-driven team at Havasu Regional Medical Center, a 171-bed hospital within the Lifepoint Health network. Your contributions will support decision-making processes, drive operational improvements, and enhance workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Assists with research, data collection, and trend analyses to provide statistical, financial, and performance information.
• Reviews company policies and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyzes data and information to support strategic initiatives and recommend policy updates.
• Works closely with executive management to align with company goals.
• Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Creates monthly reports for management highlighting key findings, trends, and assessments.
• Stays updated on industry developments and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting preferred.
