Physician - Rheumatology

About the role

Join a dedicated clinical rheumatology practice with a team of 2 full-time rheumatologists and 3 advanced practice providers. The practice features a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Infusion Center and an accredited Osteoporosis Program, serves a large regional referral base, and collaborates with multispecialty groups including Orthopedics, MSK ultrasound, and Pain Management. Support staff includes 6 RNs, 3 CAs, and 2 DXA technologists. Located in Duluth, MN, with regional service coverage, the role provides an excellent work environment with opportunities for professional growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing outpatient care
• Participating in research through the Rheumatoid Arthritis Investigational Network (RAIN)
• Teaching residents and medical students
• Utilizing the Ambulatory Infusion Center and accredited Osteoporosis Program
• Collaborating with multispecialty groups (Orthopedics, MSK ultrasound, Pain Management, etc.)
• Engaging in research collaborations
• Utilizing advanced clinical resources

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or eligible in Rheumatology
• Board‑certified in Internal Medicine

Pay

• Base salary of $309,000

Schedule

36 contact hours per week with no call responsibilities.
