Physician - Rheumatology

About the Role

We are seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join a team of 5 in outpatient clinics in Geneva and Elgin, IL, with hospital privileges and inpatient rounds at local hospitals. You will provide outpatient rheumatology care, manage complex cases, and participate in inpatient rounds in a collegial, multi-specialty physician group that emphasizes physician success and compassionate patient care. The EPIC electronic health record system is used across all facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient rheumatology services.
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver individualized care.
• Participate in hospital rounds and weekend call duties (1:6 ratio).

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified in Rheumatology.

Pay

$255,000 to $320,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time employed position with weekend call scheduled at a 1:6 ratio.
