Physician Resident Pathways- Primary Care (Remote)

About the Role

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. This program is designed to enhance your final months of training, eliminate the burden of job searching, and ease your transition into practice with mentorship and exposure to value-based care models.

The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually, requiring a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hours). This position is offered in conjunction with securing a signed post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health.

Requirements

• Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship (PGY2 Resident).

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts (open to other areas as well).

Pay

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. Compensation may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
