About the role
Responsible for all aspects of Physician Recruitment for Virginia Hospital Center. Recommends recruitment strategies to the Chairman of the Board, Vice President Physician Services and the Director of Recruitment and assists with the development of the recruitment plan while keeping patient care, division goals, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost.
