Physician Recruiter - Full Time - Remote

About the Role
This position is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified radiologists to support the organization’s teleradiology operations. The Physician Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring timely recruitment and onboarding of radiologists to meet operational demands, contributing to efficient healthcare delivery and strong partnerships with clinics.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new radiologists using all available resources.
- Collaborate with the Radiology Group to identify staffing needs and gaps.
- Place advertisements and manage job marketing efforts.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Conduct interviews with prospective radiologists.
- Assist the Credentialing team with onboarding and support.
- Draft and execute Independent Contractor agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to address concerns.
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, including computer and programming proficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to radiologists as needed.
- Report recruitment status and pipeline metrics to leadership biweekly.
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of recruiting or related experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction among physicians, clients, and employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting radiologists or working in radiology.
- Knowledge of PACS systems.
Pay
Budgeted salary range between $63,900 and $90,000 depending on experience.
