About the role
Join a newly established Rapid Care clinic at United Hospital Center in North Central West Virginia where you can have a significant impact on the lives of your patients while enjoying the benefits of living in one of West Virginia’s top-ranked communities. WVU Health System Medical Group (SMG) is expanding our access to minor emergent care with the opening of an urgent care clinic on the hospital campus. This clinic will run 7 days a week with a physician and APP model.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients in an outpatient urgent care setting.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- Eligible to obtain a state medical license.
- Completed an accredited residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics.
- Board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
