Responsibilities

• 50/50 split between outpatient pulmonology clinic and ICU coverage
• Provide critical care services in the ICU setting
• Manage pulmonology clinic patients in 13 fully equipped exam rooms
• Teach and mentor students from a local medical school
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Pulmonology/Critical Care physicians and 1 Critical Care physician

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonology/Critical Care
• Eligible for hospital employment

Schedule

• Day-shift-only schedule with no critical care night shifts
• Flexible scheduling between clinic and ICU settings
• 50/50 division of time between clinic and ICU

Practice environment

• Pulmonology clinic attached to hospital with 13 fully equipped exam rooms
• Support staff includes medical assistants, advanced practice clinicians, and a practice manager
• Hospital-employed position
• Teaching opportunities with local medical school students

Pay

Salary from $348,000 to $415,000 annually. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
