Role: Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician Responsibilities: Provide outpatient pulmonary clinics, consults, procedures, and outreach clinics; serve in a 16-bed Critical Care Unit; work approximately 75% in pulmonary care and 25% in critical care; no call responsibilities for pulmonology. Qualifications: Completed ACGME-accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care training; Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine; Illinois license preferred; eligible to work in both clinic and hospital settings. Skills: Expertise in pulmonary diagnostics, procedures, and critical care; ability to work collaboratively in a hospital and outpatient environment. Key Duties: Manage pulmonary services and critical care responsibilities in a newly established facility with advanced sleep and diagnostic centers; collaborate with hospitalist program; contribute to patient care in a community-based setting covering 9 counties.
