Physician - Psycho-Oncology/Health Psychology

About the role

The position will consist of Clinical, Research and Administrative time. Join a Psycho-oncology team consisting of 1 Psychologist, 4 MSW’s, and 2 LICSW's. Well established and growing practice. No Call requirement. Opportunity to grow services and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients with cancer and their families
• Conduct research related to psycho-oncology
• Participate in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• A doctoral degree from an American Psychological Association-accredited graduate program
• An APA-accredited internship

Qualifications

• Post-doctoral training in Psycho-oncology or Health Psychology
• Experience working with individuals affected by cancer
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
