Physician - Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent

About the role

Sanford Psychiatry and Psychology Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its current outpatient practice.

Practice details:

• Physicians, psychologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, therapists, social worker, and nursing and front desk support staff.
• Must have the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to the setting ), evaluate, diagnose, and treat child and adolescent patients suffering from mental, behavioral, addictive, or emotional disorders.
• Initial new patient appointments are 60 minutes in length, follow-up medication management appointments 30 minutes in length.

Requirements

Must have the following qualifications:

• Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Psychiatry residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
