Physician - Psychiatry (Chief of Mental Health)
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs · Huntington, WV · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Duties (which includes Administrative Responsibilities and Clinical Responsibilities), Qualifications, Basic Requirements, Work Schedule, Pay/Benefits (in Duties section there is a paragraph about total rewards). Also there is "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" etc. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from Summary), Responsibilities (Administrative and Clinical), Qualifications (Basic Requirements), Benefits (Pay, Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, etc.), Schedule (Work Schedule). Must not include headings with filler. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the text.
Summary: "The Chief of Mental Health (MH) is responsible for all clinical and administration aspects of the services delivered in Mental Health Service (MHS). Responsible for all aspects of administration in MHS in the relationship to the VA Medical Center at large. Responsibilities are complex in scope and involve organization of service delivery - management of programs across the healthcare system - coordination and supervision of staff - program evaluation - performance improvement and budget."
That's summary.
Responsibilities: The posting includes "Administrative Responsibilities:" and "Clinical Responsibilities:" sections. We'll combine under Responsibilities heading with sub-sections? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Responsibilities
and inside we can have - items for each duty. Could also separate Administrative and Clinical as subheadings? Not required but could be
but not allowed? Only h3 for section headings. Could still use but not specified; better to keep within Responsibilities using and maybe separate paragraphs.
Qualifications: includes "Qualifications" heading and then "Basic Requirements". We'll have Qualifications
and then maybe Basic Requirements
but again only h3 for section headings. Could embed Basic Requirements as a paragraph or list under Qualifications. We'll output Qualifications
then Basic Requirements: ...
then list items.
Benefits/Pay: The posting includes "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" with details: Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases; Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days annual leave - 13 days sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME); Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA; Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement); Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory; CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification); Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided; Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting.
We need to include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does. So we can have Pay
and Benefits
or combine? The instruction list includes Pay, Benefits, Schedule as possible headings. We'll create separate sections.
Schedule: "Work Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm". So Schedule
with Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The text didn't contain those.
We must preserve all substantive info. Ensure we don't miss any details from the responsibilities.
