About the role
You will enjoy living and working just ten miles from Hartford in this city of rolling hills and young Connecticut forest. New Britain's streets are tree-lined with many attractive neighborhoods. You are an easy drive from Boston and New York City.
This is a 100% outpatient setting with no inpatient or call responsibilities, focusing on general adult psychiatry in a well-established outpatient program. Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy coordination. The role treats anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and more.
Leadership experience is required, with an opportunity to help manage outpatient mental health services. This is a hospital-employed position with a leading regional health system.

Pay
Salary from $300,000.00 to $325,000.00 annually. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
