About the Role
Hybrid model combining telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities. This regional leadership role involves supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants, with facility visits ranging from monthly to quarterly based on distance and stability. Focus on older adult psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR reviews, and crisis consultations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist
- Geriatric fellowship is a plus
Primary EMR is Athena with AI documentation tools planned for integration.
