Physician - PRN Hospital Medicine
About the role
We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join Ochsner Hancock in a day shift role. The average census is 15 patients including admissions. No procedures are required, but ICU rounding (Open ICU) is part of the responsibilities. E-ICU intensivist support is provided at the community hospitals. You will work with dedicated RN and Social Work Clinical Care Coordinators.

Requirements
- BC/BE Internal Medicine certification
- Experience in a day shift role preferred
- Ability to manage an average census of 15 patients including admissions
- No procedures required, but ICU rounding (Open ICU) is part of the responsibilities
- E-ICU intensivist support is provided at the community hospitals
- Collaboration with dedicated RN and Social Work Clinical Care Coordinators
Qualifications
- Medical degree
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Current Medical License in Mississippi
