Physician PRN

About the Role

Concentra is seeking a PRN Physician to provide coverage in both our Kansas and Missouri markets. You will be a vital member of our patient care team, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients. Our mission is to improve the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time.

Scope of Practice: Occupational Health + Urgent Care

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and leadership skills for patients and the medical/support team.
• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through clinical and leadership impact.
• Uphold Concentra’s core practice standards and Policies and Procedures.
• Supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
• Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity.
• Prioritize patient care and maintain a superior bedside manner in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
