Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The total pay range for this role is $261,000 – $383,000 for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, including any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
