Physician - Primary Care Network -Concierge Primary Care, Tampa

About the Role

AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a board-certified, experienced Family Medicine Physician to launch our newest primary care offering - Concierge Primary Care. This model focuses on whole-person, comprehensive care that includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on access to patient-centered care; our concierge clinic will be available for clinic visits during business hours, telehealth calls after hours and weekends, and even house calls! Manageable patient volumes: 8–10 patients per day without overlapping appointments. Comprehensive team of specialists and staff to provide full spectrum of care for your patients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine); board-eligible candidates considered if certification can be obtained before hire
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
• Comfortable with minor office-based procedures
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to hire
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)

Pay

Guaranteed base salary with bonus opportunities based on patient retention.
