Physician Primary Care

Location: Home Office: Jackson, MI; Main Service Area: Lansing and surrounding areas. This role is a high travel position requiring daily travel within the service area to provide care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes.

Practice medicine in a way that prioritizes time, connection, and meaningful patient relationships. As a Physician in Physician Services, you'll provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life.
