About the Role

The IMA Group is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform disability evaluations in our Poughkeepsie office. This is an assessment-only position focused on conducting medical evaluations and completing objective reports—no treatment, prescribing, or ongoing patient care. Salary is prorated based on hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused physical examinations for disability evaluations
• Review medical records and diagnostic findings
• Complete structured medical reports using our streamlined electronic documentation system

Qualifications

• Active New York MD or DO license
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Pay

$140,000–$150,000 annually (prorated based on 4-day schedule)

Schedule

• 4-day work week with predictable daytime hours
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
