About the role
- 100% outpatient position with no inpatient duties
- Four-day workweek, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (32 hours per week)
- Rotating Saturday coverage from 8 am - 12 pm; offset hours given same week
- Join 1 pediatrician and 5 NPs in a well-established practice
- Average 25 patients per day with dedicated MA support per provider
- Nurse-triaged call with infrequent backup call rotation
Pay
Competitive compensation with production bonus and 4 weeks of paid time off (PTOL).
