About the role

See 20 – 25 patients per day.

Monday – Thursday 9 am – 5 pm, Friday 8 am – 4 pm.

Phone call only 1 – 2 times per month.

Join 10 providers at Kingston location.

Part-time or full-time positions available.

Lactation consultant and behavioral health in-house.

Located near the Poconos recreation area.

Qualifications

Industry leaders and Joint Commission Certified.
