Physician - Pediatric Urology

About the role

Sanford Children's Specialty Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Urologist to join one BC Pediatric Urologist and one nurse practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for children with general and complex pediatric urological conditions.
• Participate in a busy practice serving a catchment area of 1.5-2 million people, including outreach clinics.
• Collaborate with a full range of pediatric sub-specialists at the only free-standing children's hospital in South Dakota.
• Manage a well-run spina bifida clinic.
• Treat patients in a setting with 146 beds, including a Level 4 NICU with 58 beds and a PICU with 12 beds.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Pediatric Urology.
• Board Eligible in Pediatric Urology.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing pediatric urological conditions.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proven ability to manage a busy pediatric urology practice.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
