Physician - Pediatric Rheumatologist

About the role

Ochsner Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Rheumatologist to join their interdisciplinary team in New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily outpatient consultative care to infants, children, and adolescents with known or suspected rheumatologic conditions.
• Partner with medical and surgical colleagues to serve children with complex conditions in multidisciplinary programs.
• Teach medical students, residents, and allied health students.
• Engage in clinical and translational research opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed a Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship from an ACGME accredited program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.
