About the role

Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY Golisano Children's Hospital in Buffalo with Kaleida Health seeks to add a BE/BC Pediatric Otolaryngologist. Academic if preferred through the University at Buffalo. Kaleida Health has a collaborative relationship with our partner, The University at Buffalo. We work alongside them and their UB Jacobs School of Medicine, UBMD Physician's Group, University Pediatric Associates and University Surgeons. With over 60 Fellowships and Residencies from University at Buffalo training in our Kaleida Health hospitals, your interests in Academic Medicine can be fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy pediatric program at Golisano Children’s Hospital
• Work alongside the University at Buffalo and its affiliated institutions
• Support the outpatient pediatric practice and surgical services at the hospital
• Assist with consults and provide mentorship

Requirements

• BE/BC in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• ACGME Accredited Fellowship training
• Physician MD/DO licensed in New York or eligible for medical licensure in New York

Qualifications

• Strong referral base and patient volume
• Reasonable call support
• Supportive team and administration

Schedule

The successful candidate would become a team member with an Academic appointment through the University at Buffalo, an outpatient office in the hospital-based clinic, and surgical time at the hospital and time to assist with consults. The Surgeon would be a part of the surgical team and would support the busy pediatric program at Golisano Children’s Hospital.
