Physician – Pediatric Endocrinology

About the Role
This is an employed position consisting of approximately 90% dedicated clinical time and 10% teaching and academic time with Pediatric Residents and Medical Students. The position includes a mix of outpatient consultations and longitudinal endocrinology care as well as shared inpatient consult coverage on a rotational basis. The division manages a wide range of endocrine conditions including Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and obesity-related metabolic disorders. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of Pediatric Endocrinologists, Certified Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, and Pediatric Nurses, all supporting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients. The outpatient clinic is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Dedicated clinical time and 10% teaching and academic time with Pediatric Residents and Medical Students

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest or experience in resident and medical student teaching is highly desirable
- Interest or experience in clinical research, QI projects, or subspecialty program development is a plus

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Strong clinical skills in managing a variety of endocrine conditions
