About the role
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified ENT Physician to join our team in Turlock, CA. This position focuses on general otorhinolaryngology with opportunities to incorporate subspecialty training. The practice offers a wide range of services and surgeries, supported by audiology services, serving both adult and pediatric patient populations.
Pay
Starting base salary: $527,477 - $620,000 with a two-year salary guarantee. An RVU-based compensation model begins in year 2, with RVU bonus potential during the guarantee period. Additional financial incentives include a sign-on bonus and residency stipend.
