About the role
Join a growing orthopedic team of 4 surgeons at a 100% hand surgery practice with no general orthopedic call. This hospital-employed position offers a guaranteed base salary and access to an MAKO robot. There is also an ownership opportunity in an affiliated ASC.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of high volume elective and acute hand cases
- Use of state-of-the-art operating rooms with protected block time
- Participation in a team of 4 surgeons
- Opportunity for ownership in an affiliated ASC
Requirements
- Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in hand surgery preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current medical license in good standing
- Passing scores on all required exams
Skills
- Excellent surgical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
