Physician Office Supervisor Urgent Care

About the role

Oversee daily operations and assigned tasks for staff within the practice site(s).

Conduct staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Collaborate on staff performance evaluations and professional development.

Ensure strict staff adherence to all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Represent the practice in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to implement new services.

Requirements

• A high school diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.

Qualifications

• Required professional licensure/certification.
• 1 year of experience.
