Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not-for-profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. Responsibilities

• Assists the physician in assessing the needs of patients based on data collected through history, observation, physical exam, telephone triage, and analysis of diagnostic data.
• Performs other duties necessary in providing high-quality patient care.
• Serves as an integral part of the overall clinical team for the physician office.
• Possesses skills and abilities required in a multifaceted environment in addition to those relating to nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) LPN license.
• Active Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications per office requirements.
