We are seeking a full-time optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care services at our clinic in Baraboo. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional primary and specialty eye care in a collaborative, community-focused setting. You will work within an integrated eye network offering diverse services and advanced treatments, with opportunities for research and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary and specialty eye care.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and subspecialists.
• Perform specialty contact lens fittings and post-surgical care.
• Utilize advanced treatments for eye conditions.
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose eye conditions.
• Manage and support patient outcomes within an integrated eye network.

Requirements

• Board-certified in optometry (or must obtain board certification within five years of hire).
• Experience in specialty contact lenses and post-surgery care.
• Residency training preferred.
